Good morning from Phoenix, where “it’s a dry heat” is nothing but marketing…

I spent all day yesterday meeting with my colleagues at World at Work, the publisher of my first two books, and a third coming out later this year.  What a great bunch of folks.

I don’t say that because they are my publisher, nor because they read my blog.  It’s true.  And nice to know that a company which preaches the idea of total rewards lives their values every day.  Since I am flying back to Indy today, this will have to be “it” for my wednesday blog… but more tomorrow…

HOWEVER…

I just found out that I’ll be conducting a four-hour pre-conference workshop at the national SHRM conference next June in New Orleans…  sweet!
