Who Am I?

I’m Toby and Buddy’s younger son.  I’m Barry’s “little brother” (I’ve always hated that one, even though he is 6′2″ and well, I’m short for my weight).  I’m Josh and Max’s forty-four year old dad.  I’m Joanie’s husband of 22 years.  I’m a proud owner of Rosie, a year old Rhodesian Ridge-back we rescued from the pound.  And I used to wait on Jerry Springer when I was a teenager working at Perkins in Cincinnati.

I’m Founder & Chief Instigator of Employee Hold’em, dedicated to helping companies improve their business success by concentrating on their assets with feet.  I’m co-author of Workforce Engagement: Strategies to attract, motivate, and retain talent with Dr’s Hundley and Jacobs.  I’m a 25 year veteran of three best of class recruting and employee/customer satisfaction measurement organizations.  I speak 15-20 times per year at local, regional, and national conferences on corporate ethics, employee engagement and best practices to improve employee retention.  I’m fortunate to have a career that provides me an outlet to do what I love to do.

I’ve met both Batman (Adam West) and Mary Ann (Dawn Wells).  What a childhood I had…

By the way, my name is Marc Drizin, and I’ll be your affable host.  Thanks for visiting, and please do so again!
